The Social Media Listening Team (SML) provide specialist healthcare social media insights and analytics, through a combination of industry expertise with digital savvy to navigate, translate, and contextualize vast information streams and deliver meaningful insights from social data.   We’re now ready to grow our team and seeking an experienced associate director level researcher with social media listening insight experience.   This hire will: - Lead research activities to provide high quality insight (through analytics, quantitative and qualitative research methods) - Leverage industry knowledge and social media to deliver actionable insights and client recommendations - Oversee day-to-day project management to ensure effective running of research - Lead client communications, taking a solutions focused approach - Proactively identify innovative solutions and alternative approaches to meet client needs and exceed expectations wherever possible - Actively drive the growth of the SML business - Lead development of new procedures and/or offerings - Generate new business in line with agreed targets - Support in the leadership and management of the SML team - Be a role model within the SML and wider Lumanity Teams to add value to Company initiatives To be successful in this position, the following will apply to this hire: - Tech savvy - Awareness of cultural trends - Enthusiasm and creativity - Natural leader - Nurtures people and teams - Committed to business success and driven to achieve clear goals – both individual and team based - Self-aware, open to feedback and continual learning

This hire will:

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in applying a range of different research methods, including traditional and digital, with proven flair for innovation and creative approaches
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry and digital pharma environment
  • Ability to lead teams in the development and delivery of compelling insights that influence people, teams and business decisions
  • Ability to motivate, train and develop people and teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong client management, communication and influencing skills 
  • Excellent skills and track record in project and account/client management
  • Solid track record client/account development with proven results in terms of business generation
  • Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
