We're looking for a creative social media guru to join our team as a Junior Social Account Executive. As a Junior Social Account Executive, you'll get to know everything you can about social platforms, creative content, and influencers, and how we can apply them to client brands. You will build relationships with clients and understand their businesses inside out, and collaborate to deliver brilliant social content.   You'll effectively manage client brand communities and measure social success in line with KPIs. This includes day-to-day client account and channel management, creative content planning and capture, content distribution via organic and paid, influencer research and management, gathering data and conducting research for both existing clients and new business opportunities, and content/campaign evaluation.   What is expected of you: - Content planning and creation– proactively contribute to brainstorms, ideation and strategy and take responsibility for content calendar creation/population. Write accurate and engaging copy for a range of clients across sectors and social platforms in line with brand tone of voice, the strategy in place, and platform best practice regarding tagging etc. - Channel management– publishing and scheduling of approved content in line with best practice and to the highest standards. - Creative asset production– assist with design briefing, production planning, capturing content in line with brief, management of feedback and amends with client and internal teams. Delivering on time, within budget and to the very highest standard. - Paid social – planning, setup, management and optimisation of paid social activity. - Influencer and Content Creator partnerships– support with influencer identification/vetting, benchmarking, relationship management, contact list updates. Help create client and influencer briefs, support negotiation and contracts. Deliver associated activity to the highest standard including events, chaperoning, gifting, content, community engagement. - Trends & Innovation - stay up to date with content trends, social/online platform functionality and innovation opportunities and their applications, consuming media and monitoring activity online that we could learn from and apply in our work with clients, proactively share updates with colleagues on a regular basis. - Analytics and reporting– understand client and campaign KPIs and work with the team to report on social performance and provide recommendations. - Client service - play a clear role on each account, keeping the team and client contacts up to speed on your actions. Proactively manage client account admin to the highest standard – taking meeting notes, keeping trackers and tools up to date, circulating actions, monitoring deadlines and helping to drive campaign activity forward. Understand client roles, goals, the nature of their business and the issues affecting them as well as the roles of other Stripe team members you work with on accounts. - Profitability – work with account leads to quote third party costs and follow finance processes, complete timesheets on time and keeping budget and expense trackers up to date. - Knowledge sharing – proactively manage your own development by seeking out and sharing knowledge as well as participating in and asking for relevant training. Qualifications

Previous experience and familiarity with:

  • Influencer identification and management tools such as Klear
  • Facebook/Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager
  • Social Media management tools such as Sprinklr, HeyOrca, Hootsuite
