Our market research Insights Team are seeking a Project Assitant to join their qualitative research team.

Responsibilities / Position overview

This position is responsible for providing day to day project and administrative support to ensure accuracy on research projects and contribute to research activities to help build team and client satisfaction.

 

The Project Assistant contributes as an integral member of research teams and supports basic operation activities aligned with the mission and values of Lumanity.

  • Provide logistical support for research projects, including but not exclusive to liaising with external suppliers and preparation, writing, and filing of documents, setting up virtual meetings / research, compiling client updates and administration of project timelines and roles and responsibilities
  • Support the research team with administrative tasks to contribute to project delivery, including but not limited to the preparation of and format of PowerPoint decks, coordination of internal and external meetings, and management of audio and video files.
  • Perform data entry in Excel and support in the monitoring and reporting of Adverse Events for ongoing projects, maintain benchmark databases.
  • Implement new company procedures and seek ways to improve quality, including the use of tech and AI solutions. 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of A Level School Certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1+ year(s) in project support, administration, or a similar role, preferably within a research or consulting environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail / ability to complete tasks accurately and to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft suite and Teams
