Project Manager

PHARMO Institute is dedicated to the study of epidemiology, drug utilization, drug safety and health outcomes. As part of Lumanity, a global pharmaceutical strategic services organization, PHARMO Institute studies the effects of drug treatments in real life to enhance the health of people using medication. In that way, we contribute to drug safety and are able to find unwanted side effects in advance.

The team are keen to welcome on board a Project Manager to support the team end to end in their project work and delivery. The PM will be managing projects from inception to completion, with excellence in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Project management

Leads other employees engaged in the research process in less complex projects or in parts of complex projects; monitors coordination with other activities of PHARMO. Is responsible for the project result measured in quality, time and money. Prevents frictions, internal and external, and solves them.

Execution of assignments

Carries out assignments (partly), either solo or in a team. Is responsible for more or less complex final reports or partial reports within larger assignments under the responsibility of (senior) researcher or Operational Team Leader. The responsibility concerns both the quality of the substantive (partial) result and the implementation process.
