Lumanity are hiring a Business Operations Systems Support Specialist to join the UK-based Strategy Insight & Consulting team. 

This role is responsible for managing system-related queries, maintaining data governance, and providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle. It requires an expert in Kantata and NetSuite to assist the team in fully understanding, utilizing, and complying with the sales reporting and project delivery tracking systems. The role involves guiding the team in the adoption and efficient use of pipeline, sales, and project delivery tracking within these systems. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing training needs, ensuring system usability for all staff, and providing ongoing support to enhance both system functionality and user satisfaction. Additionally, the role manages the complexities of data flow and system integration, offering end-to-end support to optimize the overall performance of the Consulting team and associated support functions.

• Proven experience in an administrative or support role within business operations.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and systems, with first-hand experience in Kantata and/or NetSuite systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
