We are seeking a Research Manager to conduct and supervise pharmacoepidemiolgic research for our clients using globally unique proprietary databases. In this role, you are responsible for complex partial or final reports within larger projects, including the quality of the substantive result and the implementation process. This role includes some project management responsibilities, and you will lead other employees involved in the research process on less complex or parts of complex projects. You will also be expected to contribute to the innovations within the business, contribute to workshops, and write publications.

Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking a Research Manager to conduct and supervise pharmacoepidemiolgic research for our clients using globally unique proprietary databases. In this role, you are responsible for complex partial or final reports within larger projects, including the quality of the substantive result and the implementation process. This role includes some project management responsibilities, and you will lead other employees involved in the research process on less complex or parts of complex projects. You will also be expected to contribute to the innovations within the business, contribute to workshops, and write publications.

Qualifications

 

· Completed academic training in a health-related discipline

· Knowledge and experience with epidemiological/RWE/statistical research, preferably registered Epidemiologist (level A)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch)

· Numeracy and quantitative skills, preferably some experience using statistical packages (e.g. Stata, R, SAS)

· Experience with the execution of research projects

· Experience in writing publications
