Our quantitative market research Insights Team are seeking a Qualtrics Survey Manager to join their dedicated quant team, working hybrid, remote and from our London office on a weekly basis. 

Responsibilities / Position overview

The Qualtrics Manager will be a hands on implementer and go-to expert/advisor for Qualtrics within the Insight business unit of Lumanity, enabling the team to successfully embed this technology in their standard ways of working.

 

Survey Programming and Management:

  • Programme surveys in Qualtrics, from initial questionnaire design to the deployment of survey links in the field.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all survey-related tasks.
  • Oversee the management of translation overlays, library management, and other platform-specific tasks.

Expert Guidance and Advisory:

  • Provide expert guidance on the optimal use of Qualtrics for client projects, starting from the proposal development stage, and covering survey structure, questionnaire design, and sampling strategies.
  • Offer strategic advice on the integration of Qualtrics within various projects to maximize efficiency and data quality.

Team Support and Development:

  • Support the team in developing their knowledge in using Qualtrics.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in Qualtrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and advanced queries related to Qualtrics.

Platform Expertise and Integration:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Qualtrics platform, including its features, capabilities, and integrations.
  • Work with the Advanced Analytics team at Lumanity to build and manage a repository of templated questions for specific survey needs. 
  • Ensure seamless integration of Qualtrics with other platforms and APIs to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Qualtrics’ API, workflow automation, and integrations with other research tools.
  • Optimize reporting and dashboard functionalities to provide real-time insights on response rates, quotas, drop-offs, and other key metrics.

Quality Assurance and Attention to Detail:

  • Execute all work with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all surveys and associated tasks are completed in a timely manner, adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Qualtrics survey platform 3+ years minimum.
  • Strong experience in survey design, programming, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions and guidance.
  • Self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and support team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with advanced survey techniques, data integration, and API management.
  • Ability to write and document configurations.
  • Ability to educate and train colleagues in the use of Qualtrics.
