 We’re looking for an Experiential Account Director who is ideally based in or within commuting distance of Edinburgh. The Experiential Account Director will lead the management of client relationships and ensure that the agency’s service to the client is being delivered efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires a high level of expertise in experiential marketing, production management, and experiential coordination. Experience working with luxury brands, particularly in high-end activation capacities, would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities / Position overview

 We’re looking for an Experiential Account Director who is ideally based in or within commuting distance of Edinburgh. The Experiential Account Director will lead the management of client relationships and ensure that the agency’s service to the client is being delivered efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires a high level of expertise in experiential marketing, production management, and experiential coordination. Experience working with luxury brands, particularly in high-end activation capacities, would be highly beneficial.

 

You’ll be confident in managing all aspects of a project life cycle, with at least 4 years of experience under your belt either agency or client side. Experience in a creative agency environment is preferred. You’ll thrive on working with talented people to deliver exceptional results for our clients, bringing teams on the journey with you, and you should be adept at staying on top of the details and project commercials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building Client Relationships; Serve as the main point of contact, build trust and confidence, and develop strategic recommendations
  • Project Management; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce innovative builds and displays, keep clients and team informed of progress, facilitate status meetings, 
  • Financial Management; ensure forecasts and targets are met, approve quotes, and identify opportunities to add value and develop new business

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Bring your projects in on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding client service skills, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong creative writing abilities and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels effectively and confidently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and number crunching.
  • Able to work in an open, collaborative, and respectful manner with colleagues and clients.
  • Develop good relationships across the agency and our wider group of companies.
  • Happy to get "stuck in" to events at every level. The role sometimes requires weekend/evening and unsociable hours.
  • Willing to travel within Scotland, the UK, and internationally. This role can include overnight stays. approx 1 - 2 bi monthly.
  • Strong understanding of experiential/activation production
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in evaluating activity results.
