· Manage defined evidence review workstreams, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and junior team members, and contribute to day-to-day client communication as appropriate.

· Contribute to client meetings and workshops, presenting findings and discussing methodological considerations and implications with client stakeholders.

· Provide senior quality review and methodological guidance to junior team members, supporting their technical development and ensuring consistent scientific standards across project deliverables

· Apply relevant methodological guidance and maintain knowledge of developments in evidence synthesis, HTA, and JCA requirements.

· Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, budgets, business development, and internal methodological development.

· Support the development and application of Lumanity's AI-enabled evidence review approaches, applying appropriate scientific judgement and quality-control processes.

Qualifications

· Master's degree or PhD in epidemiology, pharmaceutical sciences, public health, biostatistics, or another relevant health sciences discipline.

· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in evidence synthesis, including substantial hands-on experience independently managing systematic and targeted literature reviews from protocol development through evidence synthesis, interpretation, and reporting, ideally within a consultancy, CRO, pharmaceutical company, or similar environment.

· Strong understanding of systematic review methodology and relevant methodological guidance, with the ability to identify and resolve methodological issues with limited senior oversight.

· Strong experience critically appraising and synthesising complex evidence and translating findings into clear conclusions, recommendations, and implications for clients.

· Experience managing defined projects or major workstreams, including coordination of timelines, deliverables, and junior team members.

· Experience engaging in client meetings, presenting findings, and discussing methodological or strategic considerations with senior stakeholders.

· Working knowledge of HTA requirements across major markets, including the EU HTA Regulation and Joint Clinical Assessment requirements.

· Experience with indirect treatment comparison feasibility assessments and familiarity with methods such as network meta-analysis, MAIC, and STC is desirable.
