The Principal Medical Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality content for a wide range of medical communications projects and deliverables including clinical publications, manuscripts and abstracts, symposia, advisory boards, and training materials. In this role, the Medical Writer must have a deep understanding of the scientific data and excellent writing and communications skills to develop a narrative that resonates with the target audience. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, day-to-day client communication, the ability to independently develop content under strict deadlines is an essential part of this role.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant for a role supporting our advertising and PR businesses. This position will work closely with the finance team, suppliers, and Lumanity employees and is responsible for managing the purchase ledger function. This role will also include expense process management.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Code supplier invoices as they arrive
- Invoice postings and filing (this requires a high level of accuracy to ensure all details are recorded correctly including VAT).
- File invoices appropriately within out electronic filing system whilst awaiting for authorisation and payment
- Ensure invoices are authorised and returned in order for suppliers to be paid on time
- Serve as point of contact for suppliers and relevant inquiries
- Making payments via BACs
- Weekly reconcilation of Bank and ensuring all payments have been posted
- Reconcile supplier statements; check for any missing invoices and request copies as necessary
- Reconcile purchase ledger on a monthly basis
- Process employee expenses and make payments
- Processing credit card claims and ensuring staff claims are made promptly
- Process employees credit card expenses and ensure receipts and VAT are check as with cash expenses

Our RWE business is rapidly growing and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate business forward. As the Business Development Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Sales Pipeline Management;
- Develop client-facing RWE sales & marketing collateral

The objective of the RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice is to support clients on identifying the right real-world data which can generate the evidence to meet stakeholder needs. This can include but not limited to: real-world evidence strategy planning, integrated evidence planning, data landscaping (leveraging proprietary and non-proprietary data sources), feasibility assessments, and supporting requirements to assess, acquire, and analyze suitable RWE sources. The RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice works alongside the wider RWE practice and the other three main pillars of Lumanity to provide clients with a seamless approach to leveraging RWE across the product lifecycle.
Over the last year of growing the RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice within Lumanity the team has recognized the need for additional support in the UK. This role will be integral to growing the practice and will be involved in business development, leading delivery of projects, mentorship and management of junior team members and supporting the go-to-market strategy for the Luminary practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Delivery
- Lead clearly defined workstreams independently with guidance from senior team members as part of client engagements
- Project oversight and development of key client deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, project reports). Typical projects including: data landscaping, integrated evidence planning, and feasibility assessment
- Coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects to a high standard, oversee client management, and ensure projects are delivered on budget

- Merge scientific thinking and business knowledge to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions

As an Associate Consultant (AC) within the Global RWE Data Luminary Consulting team, you will be central to the growth and development of the Lumanity RWE team, working within a dynamic and innovative environment on a wide range of client projects and internal initiatives. The Lumanity AC plays an integral role in delivering against client and business accountabilities, being relied upon to deliver consistently high quality work. The majority of an AC’s time will be spent on client projects, business development (BD) and internal initiatives such as Thought Leadership, contributing to the development and growth of the RWE Team. ACs are relied on to provide well-constructed desk research, analysis and report writing.
