We're looking for a creative social media guru to join our team as a Junior Social Account Executive. As a Junior Social Account Executive, you'll get to know everything you can about social platforms, creative content, and influencers, and how we can apply them to client brands. You will build relationships with clients and understand their businesses inside out, and collaborate to deliver brilliant social content.   You'll effectively manage client brand communities and measure social success in line with KPIs. Deliver associated activity to the highest standard including events, chaperoning, gifting, content, community engagement. - Trends & Innovation - stay up to date with content trends, social/online platform functionality and innovation opportunities and their applications, consuming media and monitoring activity online that we could learn from and apply in our work with clients, proactively share updates with colleagues on a regular basis. - Analytics and reporting– understand client and campaign KPIs and work with the team to report on social performance and provide recommendations. - Client service - play a clear role on each account, keeping the team and client contacts up to speed on your actions. Lumanity’s Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team is seeking an experience patient-centered outcomes research professional to serve as our Director of Patient-Centered Outcomes.   As Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and scientific guidance to internal (i.e., Lumanity project teams) and external (i.e., clients) stakeholders on various projects related to clinical outcome assessments (COAs), including but not limited to literature reviews, gap analyses, COA development, embedded interviews, natural history survey research, and regulatory and endpoint strategy. Working closely with all project team members, you will also supervise more junior staff.   Specific responsibilities include: - Apply research to meet clients’ needs, including providing clients with strategic guidance on COA strategy in the context of drug development - Review project deliverables (e.g., study protocols, study reports, client presentations) to ensure quality - Support business development efforts by building relationships with new and existing clients, bringing in new leads, and writing proposals for PCO projects - Manage projects as needed, including developing plans to accomplish all activities within project scope and timelines, delegating project tasks to project teams and leading client meetings - Contribute to training and mentoring of more junior staff You will also be expected to present at scientific conferences and/or publish in peer-reviewed journals to further the patient preference research field and demonstrate Lumanity’s capabilities. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated Statistician looking to gain experience in the HEOR and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) field, having recently completed a PhD in the field and / or some commercial experience.    The statistician will use statistical solutions to investigate and demonstrate what would happen to patients on a new health technology (drug, device, diagnostic technique, etc.). This requires close teamwork both cross-functionally within Lumanity and with our clients. The job requires attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn both technically (statistically) and more broadly (e.g. understanding disease areas). We will support you with both internally and externally delivered training to enable you to grow into the role and further develop the key skill sets for this position.   Duties and responsibilities include: - Developing statistical analysis plans - Performing and reporting statistical analysis as standalone research or for input into health economic models - Contributing statistical input into reimbursement submissions for health technology agencies - Survival analyses (in particular, fitting curves to survival data that enable estimation of long-term survival beyond the trial data) - Indirect treatment comparisons (using evidence from clinical trials to form comparisons between treatments that have not been compared head-to-head within a clinical trial) - Analyses of clinical trial data (e.g. estimating patients’ quality of life in certain states of health) - Analyses of observational data/real-world evidence - Producing an abstract, poster or manuscript to report the findings of a statistical analysis - Participating in meetings with fellow team members or clients The Modelling and Analytics team have a hybrid work-setting approach.
